Maintenance

Before you move into your apartment, the maintenance staff will ensure that the unit is freshly painted, thoroughly cleaned, and any necessary repairs or replacements are taken care of.

No, you do not need to be present for maintenance to be done on your unit. 

We have onsite-maintenance available 24/7.

You have two options; you can submit a maintenance request at our office, or we have an online resident portal that allows you to submit maintenance requests. Our resident portal is designed to make your experience with us as seamless and convenient as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance accessing the portal, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

During business hours, you can come to the office to retrieve a key for any lockout situations. However, if it is after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith to assist with gaining access to your unit. It's important to keep in mind that locksmith services may come at an additional cost. Our property offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a pool for relaxation and recreation, a barbecue area for outdoor gatherings and cooking, a business center for work or study, a coffee bar for a caffeine fix, and both a large and small dog park. These amenities cater to a range of interests and provide opportunities for socializing, fitness, and leisure activities within the community. 

Amenities

Please note that parking spaces on our property are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to provide ample parking for all residents, there may be times when parking spaces are limited or in high demand.

 Our property offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a pool for relaxation and recreation, a barbecue area for outdoor gatherings and cooking, a business center for work or study, a coffee bar for a caffeine fix, and both a large and small dog park. These amenities cater to a range of interests and provide opportunities for socializing, fitness, and leisure activities within the community.

In each unit, a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, a hood range, and a garbage disposal come standard in your home. 

All our units are unfurnished. 

Our business center and coffee bar are available during office hours. Both of our dog parks are open 24/7, and our swimming pool is open from sun-up to sundown. 

Please note that parking spaces on our property are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with a parking permit. 

Residents are allowed to have up to two dogs and cats. This pet-friendly policy can provide a welcoming environment for residents who have furry companions as part of their family. 

Admin

Typically, it takes 48 to 72 hours for a unit application to be processed and approved. During this time, the property management team will review the application, conduct background and credit checks, verify income and employment information, and ensure all necessary documentation is provided. 

Your options for paying rent include using the online resident portal, making payments with personal checks, cashiers checks in the office, and we have a pay near me option. These payment methods offer convenience and flexibility for residents to choose the option that suits them best. 

Our residents are required to purchase renters insurance to be a resident in our community.   

Spectrum is our internet provider. 

For the application process, you will need to provide proof of income, rental history, and information from your current employer.

Your water and sewer services are set up through the property. For the internet and electricity, you will be responsible for setting up those services independently. You can contact local service providers to establish a service.

None of your utilities are included in your rent. 

If your application for the apartment is denied, you will be contacted and refunded your admin fee.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. This means that you are required to make your rent payment by the 1st to ensure timely payment and compliance with your lease agreement. We do give you a grace period until the 3rd of each month.

Applicants can complete the application online through Bayclubapts.com.

The application fee is $75. This fee is charged to cover the costs associated with processing the application, conducting a background check, and credit checks. The application fee is non-refundable. Our administrative fee is $42. This fee is charged to cover administrative costs related to processing the application, preparing the lease documents, and other administrative tasks.

Location

Yes, there are transportation options in proximity to our apartment community. There is a bus stop at the entrance of our property. 

Our community is part of the Manatee County School District.

There are quite a few shopping plazas within walking distance.
